Schmetz- TopstitchNeedle - Size 100/16. This needle has an extra large eye, very sharp and a large groove to accomidate topstitch thread for decorative stitching. This is the needle that I use when working with VALDANI pearl cotton size 12 in my sewing machine. It works great with wool applique using a blanket stitch.
