Return policy on fabric, books, and patterns are non-returnable unless defective. If an item is defective, it must be returned within 30 days of the order date for replacement along with an explanation of the defect. In the event an item cannot be replaced, Bri-Mat Creations will contact the customer and offer a similar item, a gift certificate or a refund via the same method as the original payment. Bri-Mat Creations will pay the return postage on defective items and offer free shipping on the replacement. Customer is responsible for cost associated with returning the item. Items returned within 30 days will have their purchase price refunded via the same method as the original payment. Shipping will not be refunded. Under no circumstances will replacements or refunds be given after 30 days.
